The Journey to Finding Your Soul Mate

Soul mates are something that most people aspire to find in their lives. They are a special connection that two people have that transcends time, space, and even life itself. A soul mate is someone who understands and loves you unconditionally, and who you feel an inexplicable connection with.

The concept of soul mates has been around for centuries, with the belief that two souls are destined to be together in different incarnations throughout time. While the idea of reincarnation has been contested, the idea of soul mates is still widely believed.

When you meet your soul mate, it’s said that you’ll feel an instant connection and that you’ll know that this is someone special. That’s because your soul mate will have similar values, beliefs, and outlooks on life which will help you to connect on a deeper level.

In a relationship with a soul mate, you’ll be able to open up to one another and share the deepest parts of yourselves without fear of judgement. You’ll also be able to explore new ideas and experiences together, which can help to keep your relationship exciting and fulfilling.

Soul mates also have an ability to support each other through challenging times and to give each other the strength to overcome obstacles. That’s because soul mates have a spiritual connection that helps them to understand each other’s needs and to provide the necessary encouragement when needed.

It’s important to remember that finding a soul mate is a process. It takes time to get to know someone and to build up the trust and connection necessary for a soul mate connection. However, when you do find your soul mate, the connection you have will be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before.

Finding a soul mate is a wonderful experience that can bring you immense joy and fulfillment. It’s a connection that can last a lifetime and can help you to grow in ways you never imagined. So, if you believe in soul mates, keep your eyes open and keep your heart open. You never know when or where you’ll find your soul mate.

Learn How to Trust Your Intuition

Unlock Your Inner Wisdom

Developing intuition starts by realizing you have it already. If you’ve ever had a hunch about something, that was intuition. Intuition is just your mind using more than what you are consciously aware of. But can you trust your intuition? How do you improve it?

Developing Intuition in Three Easy Steps

1. Recognize it and encourage it.

2. Study it to make it more trustworthy.

3. Give it good information to work with.

Try to find areas in your own life where you naturally intuitively operate. What is something that you are just naturally good at without studying? What is an area where you trust your gut and it is almost always right? That is your intuition speaking, continue to listen and nurture it.

Of course, intuition can also be a warning device. When you get the sense “something isn’t right here” that is your intuition talking and you’d be smart to pay attention.

Have you ever considered purchasing a car and then you start seeing them all over? Looking for and recognizing a thing trains your mind to find more of it. The same process will happen if you watch for your intuition – you’ll start to see more of it.

Unfortunately, a strong hunch can be for irrelevant reasons too. If you were hit by a yellow taxi as a child, you might have “intuitive” hunches not to get into yellow taxis for the rest of your life. So even learning to recognize your intuition and encourage it may leave you wondering when to trust it.

Study Your Intuition!

Start questioning your hunches. Study your strong feelings about that taxi, and you might say, “Oh, it’s just my fear of yellow taxis.” Get in the habit of paying attention to and studying your intuitive feelings.

Where does your intuition work best? If you’re always right about your intuitive stock picks, give a little credence to them. On the other hand, if your hunches about people are usually wrong, don’t follow them. Just pay attention more, and you’ll be developing intuition about your intuition.

Give Your Intuition Good Information!

Your skill, knowledge, and experience determine the potential effectiveness of your intuition. Learn enough about a subject, before expecting good hunches about it, or before trusting the hunches. Work in the area you want more intuition in. When enough information is in your mind, it will go to work for you with or without your conscious participation, so feed it well.

Recognize your intuition and you’ll have hunches and ideas more often. Study it and you’ll learn when to trust it. Give it good information and you’ll be repaid with good hunches and ideas. This is the simple formula for developing intuition.

Energy Bubbles

Energy Bubbles – Good or Bad?

As we began our spiritual journey and we’re feeling all those feelings and all those emotions; we ask our teachers what do we do with this because it’s so overwhelming. My teacher, and probably yours told you to put a bubble around you. By putting a bubble around you you’re creating a barrier and a protection, is what I was told. I trusted my teacher, she had wisdom and knowledge in the spiritual world and healing world. I was new to all of this and I needed guidance and I needed someone with integrity and someone that I could trust. That was not always the case. I agreed and even paid others

What I have discovered is that we’re all on the spiritual  journey together and we’re all learning together and at the same time. Also, what it may have been true then may not be true today.

Yes, I too put energy bubbles around me, but I’ve noticed several things in my journey. I noticed when I put a white bubble around me that people would tell me that I’m standoffish and I’m not as approachable. Is that because the white light is too bright? I have often wondered, and I continued researching colors and the vibrations and then I was told to use a pink light. The pink light is the vibration of compassion, and it would be softer. I know that when I did put this pink light around me, I was more approachable, and people felt I was more friendly. So, I began to use only the pink light and I would teach my clients and students the difference between the white light and a pink light and suggest using the pink light if they wanted to be more approachable in their relationships.

I’ve been doing this for many years.

My journey has led me to forgiveness and understanding forgiveness. It has been a long journey and mostly hard but now I’m at a place of peace and acceptance of those lessons and hardships that I have gained in this lifetime. I have discovered the more you step into forgiveness the less you need protection from the people around you. The more you understand and except forgiveness the less likely you will take on other people’s pains and emotions.

I have also discovered some new information around bubbles weather it is the wisdom of forgiveness or downloads from the creator I have a new and different perspective.

My new and different perspective is are our bubbles good for us? I was given a download, an image that was shown to me that when we create these bubbles, we’re holding our emotions, and our trauma within our bubble. What I witnessed in this image was as we do healing work on our self it kind of bounces around inside this energy bubble that we have created. This is a new and interesting perspective for me and maybe even for you but allow it to soak in for a moment before you dismiss it.

Now why don’t you try to imagine you’re inside this bubble that you created and you’re doing healing work and it has nowhere to go. It may get further away from you so it’s not as intense but there is still an emotional tug to it. Is this because it is still in our energy bubble?

Since I’ve been at a place of forgiveness, I received this download, this awareness that I can put down my bubble. I no longer feel like I need to be protected from the world. I now have the courage and the wisdom to be around people who love me, support me and even believe in me.  I am now selective, and I have discernment of who and what I want to be around and who brings me peace and who does not. I have learned to let go of people and outcomes.

I can see how forgiveness has changed a lot of things in my life and the way I look at life. It has even changed the way I eat and nourish myself. As I heal my emotional trauma, I find that I have freed myself from taking on other people’s burdens whether they are emotional or physical.  I’m learning that forgiveness is loving myself and that I no longer need a protective barrier around me.

So my question is are bubbles really good for us or do they keep all our trauma in our own energy with nowhere to go?
