The Mirror Method: A Sacred Reflection Practice
While watching YouTube recently, I stumbled upon a powerful transmission from Bashar, channeled by Darryl Anka. In it, he introduced a practice so simple in form, yet so deeply transformative, that it stopped me in my tracks. Something in it spoke directly to my soul. Though unassuming on the surface, this exercise has the power to ignite inner alignment, reveal hidden truths, and spark profound shifts in consciousness. It arrived like a divine whisper—timed with perfect precision—and I knew immediately: this was something I had to explore… and share.
What if the clarity you’re searching for isn’t “out there,” but waiting for you—just behind your own eyes?
Enter the Mirror Method—a deceptively simple spiritual practice that invites you to connect deeply with your true self through the act of gazing into your own reflection. With gentle consistency, this ritual begins to dissolve illusion, awaken soul truth, and open a direct channel to the wisdom and guidance already within you.
Why the Mirror?
Your face holds stories, memories, wounds, and wisdom. When you sit with yourself in stillness and ask the deeper questions, something magical begins to happen. Patterns shift. Clarity arises. Synchronicities unfold.
This is not about ego or appearance—it’s about meeting your soul in the mirror.
The 3-Step Mirror Method Practice
Set aside 5–20 minutes where you won’t be disturbed. Sit in front of a mirror with soft lighting, and let your gaze soften as you look deeply into your own eyes. You’re not “staring at yourself”—you are communing with your truth.
Let each question guide you inward. Ask aloud or silently, then receive.
Step 1: Who Are You Really?
Who are you really?
Who am I really?
Gaze into your eyes and simply sit in the question. No need to force answers. Allow the silence to speak. Breathe. Let yourself be seen. Sit with this for about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Why Are You Here—Really?
Why are you here, really?
Why am I here, really?
Ask this question gently, letting it move back and forth from you to your reflection. Let your soul answer in feelings, images, whispers. Sit with whatever rises. Don’t rush it—graze the edge of knowing for another 5+ minutes.
Step 3: What Are You Holding Onto That You Don’t Really Need?
What are you holding onto that you don’t really need?
What am I holding onto that I don’t really need?
Let this final question soften you. It may stir emotions. Let them flow. Look gently into your eyes and hold space for the truth to arise. Stay here for several minutes, allowing yourself to feel what it’s time to release.
