Your Intuition Is Your Guide

Are you conscious of your inner voice? Do you take notice of it? (By the way, I’m not referring to the person who criticizes you!) I’m referring to the one that softly whispers ideas and suggestions to you, the kind that the other voice may try to silence by exclaiming, “Are you crazy?” This necessitates stepping outside of our comfort zone, which must be avoided at all costs (even if the cost is living a life of mediocrity instead of the one of your dreams).

Unfortunately, the latter is the one that most of us are aware of and pay attention to. The gentler one, our intuition, is frequently overlooked (if we can even hear it at all). The tragedy here is that our intuition is the one who truly has our best interests at heart. Our shadow voice (the louder, more aggressive one) also cares about our well-being, but in a protective way.

What’s the harm in protecting us? I know you’re thinking it! It restricts us and, in the end, erodes our soul’s well-being. And, believe it or not, this isn’t good for our physical or emotional well-being! If you are unfulfilled on a soul level, you will gradually and imperceptibly develop a nagging feeling of general discontent, which can have a rippling effect on your mood, self-esteem, and, ultimately, your physical and mental health. But that’s a topic for another article…

If you listen to your intuition, it will gently push you beyond your comfort zone, but never further than you are capable of. It will both challenge and support you. It is always looking out for your best interests, on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It will not only gently nudge you in frightening directions that will yield enormous and unimaginable rewards, but it will also gently nudge you when it is time to stop or turn around.

If you’re not used to listening to your intuition, it will take time and practice to learn to do so. You may be unsure which voice is which at first (especially since your shadow voice often sounds very reasonable), and using your intuition is similar to using your physical muscles. You must use it on a regular basis for it to be in the desired shape.

So, how do you better understand your intuition? First and foremost, begin to be aware of any hunches, feelings, or ideas that arise. Take note of the voice that goes with it. Is it gentle, positive, and encouraging?

It’s more likely to be your shadow voice if it’s aggressive, domineering, or employs scare tactics. Is it a loud and threatening warning if you get a feeling of forewarning? (shadow). Or an obstinately knowledgeable one? (intuition).

The scary thing about trusting your intuition when it’s new to you is that it’s not based on logic, and what it suggests to you often cannot be justified logically. However, with practice and trust, you’ll learn that knowing something is the right thing to do is in your best interests. It will be easier to ignore your own and other people’s shadow voices (who will fear for your best interests on your behalf).

Starting small is the key to developing this essential trust in one’s intuition. If you’re not familiar with your intuition, don’t make life-changing decisions based on it (you might still be confusing your two inner voices). Allow your intuition to guide you with smaller decisions and wait for the gentle knowing feeling. Don’t expect an immediate response, but keep an eye out for it; it will come, and you’ll know when it does.

As you tune in more and more, you’ll notice that you suffer less and less from worry or anxiety. You’ll have faith that everything will work out fine, and you’ll often find that it works out even better than you could have imagined!

Chakra Meditation to Recharge the Soul

Chakra meditation improves your health, wisdom, and happiness by strengthening weak chakras. Chakra meditation is a fantastic approach to revive you from the inside out if you need to replenish your body, mind, and spirit.

How to do a chakra meditation: The first few times you do a chakra meditation, make sure you have an expert guiding you, either in person or via an internet video. You must ensure that your chakras are in a better state of balance at the end of the meditation than when you began!

Start your meditation by sitting down, cross legged in a quiet, dimly lit room.

Make sure that your spine is straight but not stiff. Close your eyes and begin to relax by taking a deep breath. Now, go over each chakra one by one, beginning with the root chakra:

-Imagine bringing energy up from the soil through the root chakra and building it up in the base of your spine. Then there’s the navel chakra: imagine a river of warm lava flowing out of this chakra center when you sense the concentration of energy building up around your navel.

– Allow your stomach muscles to relax fully as you move on to the solar plexus chakra and feel the energy flow into your diaphragm.

-The heart chakra comes next. Consider how your heart grows stronger with each breath. This location emits a brilliant light that you can see and feel.

-As you move on to the throat chakra, take a deep breath in. Then relax your tongue, shoulders, and neck gently.

5 Ways to Develop Your Intuition

Intuition is a tool that we all possess! Some believe it to be a mystical power. Others argue that it’s simply our subconscious trying to communicate with us. We all have that little voice that tries to tell us things from time to time, regardless of the source.

We often learn to ignore that little voice as we get older. We rely on logic and try to be practical. But we’ve learned a lot over the years, and there’s a part of our brain that has amassed a vast amount of knowledge. Listening to that little voice can be beneficial.

Try these techniques to develop your intuition:

1.      Meditate for a few minutes each day. One characteristic of intuition is that it has a soft voice most of the time. It can be challenging to notice it if our minds are busy with other things. Meditation is a great way to clear the mind and make room for our intuition to come shining through.

•        A simple technique to clear your mind is to simply count your breaths and attempt to stay focused on your breathing. Avoid letting your mind wander.

2.      Record your dreams. Our dreams can be full of useful information. Many psychologists believe that we work out our challenges in our sleep. It’s difficult for most of us to remember our dreams. Studies show that we average 5 dreams per night, and most of us are lucky to even remember one.

•        After you get in bed, tell yourself that you want to remember your dreams in the morning. Keep thinking this to yourself until you fall asleep.

•        Keep a notebook and pen near your bed. A voice recorder app on your phone can work well, too. As soon as you wake up, start writing. Dreams tend to fade from memory quickly.

•        Review your dreams and see if there might be any information you can use in your life.

3.      Follow your intuition. The surest way to shut down your intuition is to never follow it. Start using it in situations that have minor importance. It could be as simple as taking a walk and asking yourself which way you should turn at each intersection or fork in the road.

•        Show your intuition that you’re listening and responding. You’ll be more likely to hear from it in the future.

4.      Busy your mind. Many people find that their best ideas come while their mind is busy, but not too busy. Some examples commonly cited include, walking, driving down the highway, taking a shower, and listening to the rain. Think about the times you’ve had great ideas. Try to put yourself in similar situations more frequently.

5.      Keep a journal. Take a few minutes each day to write in a journal. Sometimes, putting things down on paper opens a floodgate of ideas and inspiration. Study what you’ve written. You’re likely to find insights you haven’t considered.

•        Keep your journals in a safe place, so you’ll feel more comfortable with being honest and thorough.

Being in touch with your intuition can assist you in identifying and resolving stressful situations in your life. It also allows you to use your imagination and creativity. Your intuition is a valuable resource, but it must be nurtured. Begin with the simplest tasks. When your intuition has proven to be trustworthy, use it to make larger decisions.

Intuition connects us to our subconscious. It is the ultimate source of wisdom and creative energy for you. Utilize all of your resources to make life easier and richer.

Healing Covid in a Session

I had a client schedule a spiritual healing session as she comes to the end of covid. She called me to help her balance, reset, realign and reboot.

I usually see virus as anger, and it will run and hide but that wasn’t the case here.I had finished a 60-minute session with her before I went into that Medical Intuitive Guidance part of the session to begin to see and heal the virus. Most of the virus accepted the healing instantly and dissipated with ease but there was one on her heart muscle that would not let go. The virus had a strong hold on her heart. She confirmed that she now has heart palpitations due to the virus.I had to stay there as we worked to release the virus hold and attachment to her heart. When it was released, I went behind her heart and found more hiding, but they healed and released easily. I was then guided to go deep into her heart values where I found another one that was strong and attached, again we stayed to heal this virus. Once that was done, I was guided to continue my healing throughout the rest of her body.I saw the virus on her brain, and it had created brain fog for her. I saw the virus in her lungs, but most had already left and her lungs had begun to heal already. I saw some small covid virus on her liver, pancreas, esophagus and in her intestines and bowls.

Since she was on the healing end of the virus, most of it was easily and effortlessly being healed except for a couple of spots. When we had finished her session she felt better, felt energized and had gained clarity from her session today. I call that a successful session and a happy customer and if you are interested in scheduling a healing session with me please visit my website – http://www.mysticpamjackson.com – to schedule your one on one session either by phone, zoom or in person.

It’s only a reflection?

Have you heard that everyone and everything is a mirror or a reflection for you?

I know that my teachers would tell me this when I first started my own healing journey but what does that mean? What do I do with this? I have questioned this belief many times. I just could not get it or understand it. To me this felt like avoidance of others not taking responsibility for their words or actions and that can still be true.

I have learned to keep asking questions until I get a download or clarity and that is exactly what I have done with this statement. Finally I got an answer and I have already put it into practice and let me tell you this works like magic!

Let’s say that you may find yourself in an argument, disagreement or being triggered emotional by another person. When you step away from this situation you will ask yourself a question. Now after you ask yourself this question I want you to notice what you notice, what did you hear in response? Instantly when you know, when you hear the response the energy shifts! All the walls, the anger, the tears – it all shifts just like magic.

It’s amazing! Okay, here it is! Are you ready?

The magic question you ask yourself when you are triggered is….

WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO SHOW ME ABOUT ME THAT I CAN NOT SEE?

I am sharing this with you because I want you to use this to help you move past those triggers and lessons and gain the wisdom of what you are actually trying to learn, heal or resolve. It really does work like magic!

What could you hear? You may hear that you don’t love yourself enough or that you don’t think you are worthy or anything along those lines. What do you do now?

I found you don’t have to do anything once you hear the truth whether it’s from creator or your higher self. Maybe it shifts because we become aware or conscious of what we are hiding from ourselves. So far, I have seen that it just shifts without any special program or process.

It all just shifts on its own just like magic!

Energy Bubbles

Energy Bubbles – Good or Bad?

As we began our spiritual journey and we’re feeling all those feelings and all those emotions; we ask our teachers what do we do with this because it’s so overwhelming. My teacher, and probably yours told you to put a bubble around you. By putting a bubble around you you’re creating a barrier and a protection, is what I was told. I trusted my teacher, she had wisdom and knowledge in the spiritual world and healing world. I was new to all of this and I needed guidance and I needed someone with integrity and someone that I could trust. That was not always the case. I agreed and even paid others

What I have discovered is that we’re all on the spiritual  journey together and we’re all learning together and at the same time. Also, what it may have been true then may not be true today.

Yes, I too put energy bubbles around me, but I’ve noticed several things in my journey. I noticed when I put a white bubble around me that people would tell me that I’m standoffish and I’m not as approachable. Is that because the white light is too bright? I have often wondered, and I continued researching colors and the vibrations and then I was told to use a pink light. The pink light is the vibration of compassion, and it would be softer. I know that when I did put this pink light around me, I was more approachable, and people felt I was more friendly. So, I began to use only the pink light and I would teach my clients and students the difference between the white light and a pink light and suggest using the pink light if they wanted to be more approachable in their relationships.

I’ve been doing this for many years.

My journey has led me to forgiveness and understanding forgiveness. It has been a long journey and mostly hard but now I’m at a place of peace and acceptance of those lessons and hardships that I have gained in this lifetime. I have discovered the more you step into forgiveness the less you need protection from the people around you. The more you understand and except forgiveness the less likely you will take on other people’s pains and emotions.

I have also discovered some new information around bubbles weather it is the wisdom of forgiveness or downloads from the creator I have a new and different perspective.

My new and different perspective is are our bubbles good for us? I was given a download, an image that was shown to me that when we create these bubbles, we’re holding our emotions, and our trauma within our bubble. What I witnessed in this image was as we do healing work on our self it kind of bounces around inside this energy bubble that we have created. This is a new and interesting perspective for me and maybe even for you but allow it to soak in for a moment before you dismiss it.

Now why don’t you try to imagine you’re inside this bubble that you created and you’re doing healing work and it has nowhere to go. It may get further away from you so it’s not as intense but there is still an emotional tug to it. Is this because it is still in our energy bubble?

Since I’ve been at a place of forgiveness, I received this download, this awareness that I can put down my bubble. I no longer feel like I need to be protected from the world. I now have the courage and the wisdom to be around people who love me, support me and even believe in me.  I am now selective, and I have discernment of who and what I want to be around and who brings me peace and who does not. I have learned to let go of people and outcomes.

I can see how forgiveness has changed a lot of things in my life and the way I look at life. It has even changed the way I eat and nourish myself. As I heal my emotional trauma, I find that I have freed myself from taking on other people’s burdens whether they are emotional or physical.  I’m learning that forgiveness is loving myself and that I no longer need a protective barrier around me.

So my question is are bubbles really good for us or do they keep all our trauma in our own energy with nowhere to go?
