I’m Pam Jackson, and today I want to share a deeply moving experience I had with a loved one that had recently passed away. This story touches on the delicate balance between faith, fear, and the ultimate journey to the light—a journey that brings peace and transformation even after life on this earth has ended.
The Passing of a Loved One
The woman who passed was someone deeply religious, who had lived her life with unwavering faith. However, in her later years, she suffered from dementia, which brought confusion and fear into her once-clear mind. As her health declined, her loved ones sought comfort in their faith, but the process of letting go was fraught with worry, especially considering her mental state.
When she finally passed, I was invited to connect with her spirit and guide her transition to the other side. What I witnessed was both heartbreaking and awe-inspiring.
A Soul in Confusion
As her soul began to leave her body, I saw that she was enveloped in confusion and fear. Despite her strong religious beliefs, she was uncertain about the light she saw before her. The light, which she had feared, started to become clearer and more familiar. It was no longer something to be feared, but rather a warm and loving presence that called to her.
In that moment, her soul recognized the light for what it truly was—the light of God, the very essence of the love and peace she had believed in all her life. The fear melted away, and she moved toward the light with newfound clarity and peace.
A Reunion with Loved Ones
As she stepped into the light, she was met by a figure she immediately recognized—her mother. The reunion was tender and filled with love, as her mother embraced her and welcomed her home. Her father soon followed, and together, they surrounded her with the love and comfort she had longed for.
In their presence, she was transformed. The fear and confusion that had marked her final years were gone, replaced by a memory from her childhood—a time when she was happy, carefree, and surrounded by the love of her family. Her soul had found its way back to the light, fully embraced by God’s love.

The woman’s journey to the light was not just a return to her faith, but also a release from the confusion that had plagued her in her final years. She found peace in the afterlife, reunited with her loved ones and fully embraced by the divine light she had always believed in.
