Chakra Meditation to Recharge the Soul

Chakra meditation improves your health, wisdom, and happiness by strengthening weak chakras. Chakra meditation is a fantastic approach to revive you from the inside out if you need to replenish your body, mind, and spirit.

How to do a chakra meditation: The first few times you do a chakra meditation, make sure you have an expert guiding you, either in person or via an internet video. You must ensure that your chakras are in a better state of balance at the end of the meditation than when you began!

Start your meditation by sitting down, cross legged in a quiet, dimly lit room.

Make sure that your spine is straight but not stiff. Close your eyes and begin to relax by taking a deep breath. Now, go over each chakra one by one, beginning with the root chakra:

-Imagine bringing energy up from the soil through the root chakra and building it up in the base of your spine. Then there’s the navel chakra: imagine a river of warm lava flowing out of this chakra center when you sense the concentration of energy building up around your navel.

– Allow your stomach muscles to relax fully as you move on to the solar plexus chakra and feel the energy flow into your diaphragm.

-The heart chakra comes next. Consider how your heart grows stronger with each breath. This location emits a brilliant light that you can see and feel.

-As you move on to the throat chakra, take a deep breath in. Then relax your tongue, shoulders, and neck gently.

Using Meditation to Clear Blockages

In human bodies, there are seven primary Chakras. Each one has a name, a role, an impact, and a color. They are the human body’s seven energy centers.

The chakras represent the various stages that we must go through in order to reach nirvana. We begin at the bottom and work our way up. The crown center is the pinnacle, which is nearly impossible to achieve.

We focus on the base center in meditation, bringing a bright light up through each chakra to the crown center and back, taking deep breaths with our nose and gently releasing through our mouth while only focusing on the light and chakras.

You’ll know whether there’s a blockage if you can feel it. This is why, before you begin, you must first learn about chakra meditation. It’s a fantastic technique to clear your body of toxins. If one of your chakras is blocked, you will experience weird sensations or feelings; simply relax and stop or continue focusing on that chakra to determine the source of the problem.

Any obstruction can be removed and mended. This is what causes people to feel unbalanced. Usually, one or more of their chakras are blocked. It is necessary to meditate in a tranquil and quiet environment. With your feet on the ground and your palms facing up, take a seat. Before you begin, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths to help you relax. Then begin your chakra meditation by visualizing a brilliant light.

5 Ways to Develop Your Intuition

Intuition is a tool that we all possess! Some believe it to be a mystical power. Others argue that it’s simply our subconscious trying to communicate with us. We all have that little voice that tries to tell us things from time to time, regardless of the source.

We often learn to ignore that little voice as we get older. We rely on logic and try to be practical. But we’ve learned a lot over the years, and there’s a part of our brain that has amassed a vast amount of knowledge. Listening to that little voice can be beneficial.

Try these techniques to develop your intuition:

1.      Meditate for a few minutes each day. One characteristic of intuition is that it has a soft voice most of the time. It can be challenging to notice it if our minds are busy with other things. Meditation is a great way to clear the mind and make room for our intuition to come shining through.

•        A simple technique to clear your mind is to simply count your breaths and attempt to stay focused on your breathing. Avoid letting your mind wander.

2.      Record your dreams. Our dreams can be full of useful information. Many psychologists believe that we work out our challenges in our sleep. It’s difficult for most of us to remember our dreams. Studies show that we average 5 dreams per night, and most of us are lucky to even remember one.

•        After you get in bed, tell yourself that you want to remember your dreams in the morning. Keep thinking this to yourself until you fall asleep.

•        Keep a notebook and pen near your bed. A voice recorder app on your phone can work well, too. As soon as you wake up, start writing. Dreams tend to fade from memory quickly.

•        Review your dreams and see if there might be any information you can use in your life.

3.      Follow your intuition. The surest way to shut down your intuition is to never follow it. Start using it in situations that have minor importance. It could be as simple as taking a walk and asking yourself which way you should turn at each intersection or fork in the road.

•        Show your intuition that you’re listening and responding. You’ll be more likely to hear from it in the future.

4.      Busy your mind. Many people find that their best ideas come while their mind is busy, but not too busy. Some examples commonly cited include, walking, driving down the highway, taking a shower, and listening to the rain. Think about the times you’ve had great ideas. Try to put yourself in similar situations more frequently.

5.      Keep a journal. Take a few minutes each day to write in a journal. Sometimes, putting things down on paper opens a floodgate of ideas and inspiration. Study what you’ve written. You’re likely to find insights you haven’t considered.

•        Keep your journals in a safe place, so you’ll feel more comfortable with being honest and thorough.

Being in touch with your intuition can assist you in identifying and resolving stressful situations in your life. It also allows you to use your imagination and creativity. Your intuition is a valuable resource, but it must be nurtured. Begin with the simplest tasks. When your intuition has proven to be trustworthy, use it to make larger decisions.

Intuition connects us to our subconscious. It is the ultimate source of wisdom and creative energy for you. Utilize all of your resources to make life easier and richer.

The Violet Flame of St Germain.

One of the most powerful spiritual tools we have right now is called The Violet Flame of St. Germain. When using the Violet Flame along with energy work is a very powerful combination. The Violet Flame has been around for many years, and we use it to change all areas of our lives including areas of the mind, body and spirit.

The knowledge of the Violet Flame was brought forth to us by Ascended Master St. Germain. For decades Lightworkers around the world have been invoking the Violet Flame for various causes. The Violet Flame can transform all fear-based thoughts and emotions into love-based thoughts and emotions. It can transform anxiety into peace, hatred into love and fear into courage. The Violet Flame is a tool that can help release karma, raise your vibration and consciousness, accelerate spiritual growth and activate your DNA. The Violet Flame can help you with all emotional and mental problems. It can help to relieve stress, anger, sadness, depression etc. It is a gift that transmutes human mis-creations of our own thoughts and feelings.

By using the Violet Flame as a tool can allow us to quickly transmute the negativity from our lives!

We are aware of our creating powers, and yes each and everyone one of us is a powerful creator! We must work at controlling our thoughts and emotions and focus our attention on what it is that we want to create or manifest in our lives. We are magnetic energetic beings and our vibrational frequency is what pulls or attracts to us the same or very similar vibrational frequency that we are putting out. Put out any feelings of negativity – and negativity will come right back to you. Put out any feelings of lack, lack comes right back to you and on the other side of the coin is to change the frequency to a higher vibrational thought or emotion. If you put out the feeling of love, love will come right back to you. If you put out the feeling of abundance, abundance comes right back to you. Do you see how powerful we really are? We can invoke the Violet Flame to transmute our negative thoughts and feelings from the past, and we can empower our efforts with using affirmations to succeed in the life we desire to create. You are the only one that has power over your life.

You are the creator!

You create your tomorrow by your daily thoughts and emotions that you express today. The Violet Flame has qualities of mercy, forgiveness, freedom and transmutation. The Violet Flame has the power to erase, or transmute the cause, the effect, and even the memory of our past mistakes! This IS an incredible tool!

Emotions are energy!

At any point in our life we always have an abundance of emotions flowing through us. We are magnetic beings! That means that whatever energy/emotion we flow out from our being, we attract back to ourselves. So, let’s say one day you are angry, and you project that anger at your husband, child, co-worker etc. This anger that you have now projected out WILL come back to you; remember “What goes around comes around!” In order to stop the anger boomerang effect, implement this tool. As soon as the feeling of anger starts, immediately stop, take a breath and say to yourself, in your mind is fine, “I call upon the Violet Flame to transmute the cause, core, effect, record and memory of these anger feelings Now!” Take another breath and within a matter of seconds these feelings of anger will have been transmuted and feel much less powerful than they did only seconds before. Therefore, the venom/karma that you could have potentially directed towards another individual has been stopped dead in its track! Now, you can redirect your thoughts to something that makes you feel joy! Something that makes you smile. You want to implement the higher vibrational emotion, you do not want to stay stuck in that lower, denser vibratory frequency. It is important to raise your frequency if you desire to create a positive, joyful existence.

Positive thoughts and emotions attract positive experiences!

You can use this technique for every negative emotion that comes into your life. If you are not expressing love, than you are expressing fear. Love based emotions are feelings of joy, happiness, bliss, peace, calm etc. Fear based emotions are the opposite of love which are hate, anger, sadness, confusion, depressed, etc. Whenever a fear-based emotion creeps up on you, immediately use the Violet Flame to transmute the energy. Eventually, with work these feelings of fear will come up less and less in your life because you have found a tool to release them positively instead of having to recycle them and learn again by the boomerang, karma! You will also notice after repeated use your life changing for the positive because you are raising your own vibrational energetic frequency! Always remember the law of attraction. What you put out you will attract back.

I invite you to start using The Violet Flame of St. Germain to start creating the life you desire today!

Quantum Mechanics

The new physics of the beginnings of the twentieth century gave a mortal blow to the deterministic principles of the old school of thought.

Time and space became relative notions according to the theory of relativity of Albert Einstein. Quantum physics stated that all particles of matter could be viewed either as material bodies or as waves. It allowed for one electron (or any other particle) to be in two locations at once (double slit experiment) and proved that one could not predict the next location of a particle by knowing its present one.

In the strange world of quantum physics, particles dematerialized themselves into waves (such as in transistors) and rematerialized themselves later into particles. This depended on the type of experiment they were subjected to, and most importantly: the choice made by a conscious observer as to how he or she would view these particles.

To most theorists, the phenomena of nature existed only as determined states as a conscious observer witnessed them, either directly, or through the artifacts of a measuring device. Quantum mechanics was born, and with it our view of reality would be forever changed.

In the same field of quantum theory, time is not only relative, but one can experimentally change the past, as the delayed choice experiment, carried out by scientists in the 80’s at the University of Maryland and the University of Munich has proven.

Although this all seems to belong to the realm of science-fiction, it is a reality! You should never doubt your natural-born ability to operate at such a high vibratory level of thought.

If we are in the process of constantly creating our reality by thinking about it in an individualized and global manner, and that science reflects but a snapshot of our attempt at understanding our Creation, a major shift in our thought- perception will induce totally different ways at experiencing the phenomenal world and controlling it to our desires.

All aspects of our lives in this new Millennium will, most likely, be profoundly transformed by it.

The introduction of consciousness as a major factor in the equation of reality by modern quantum physics is at the core of one of the major paradoxes of so-called psychic research. According to quantum physics, the thought of the observer has an influence upon the result of an experiment. Therefore, if we are co-creator of our reality by mere thought, the natural imbued skepticism of many scientists and their methodologies introduce a negative bias in the results that they would obtain in thought experiment such as “remote viewing” etc.
