Uncover the Obstacles to Healing

Healing entails more than just maintaining a state of physical wellness. Healing is concerned with the four major forces that make up our existence: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. If one or more of these areas is not functioning optimally, we require healing to restore balance to those forces.

We can be physically healthy, but if our relationships with others are tense, we need to heal. We may be physically compromised in some way, but if we have accepted that state and embraced a new way of life, we can consider ourselves to be healing because we are not rejecting what is physically not “working,” but rather seeing it as an integral part of what makes us who we are.

Following any major physical “insult,” as they call it, it’s all too easy to see yourself as a collection of symptoms rather than as a complete human being, including your spirit – and thus to become your illness… After all, healing is not the same as curing; healing does not imply returning to the way things were before, but rather allowing what is now to bring us closer to God.”

Why do we sometimes struggle to heal properly? How does a seemingly minor injury or illness spiral out of control, spawning new chronic conditions and wearing down the body? Why do some people struggle to move on after going through a difficult period in their lives?

Sometimes we don’t heal because medicine or counseling can only address one aspect of the problem. People who are chronically ill may need to make lifestyle changes – dietary changes, some form of exercise, stress reduction techniques, or setting healthy boundaries in their relationships with others – to see a significant improvement in their overall health quality.

People who have experienced trauma frequently experience symptoms in their bodies long after the event has occurred because the emotional or spiritual wound is still open. According to a study published in the January 2009 issue of Archives of General Psychiatry, children who have been traumatized by physical or emotional abuse are more likely to develop chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) as adults.

Other causes of CFS in adults may include environmental triggers or an inflammatory response that went haywire (both of which are traumas in their own right), but it’s important to note that unresolved deep traumas continue to play out in our lives long after the event has passed. Even if we acknowledge the traumas, we may not have fully integrated the experience to allow for deep healing. Depending on the nature of the trauma, healing may require time, commitment, and one or more approaches.

People do not always heal because they are resistant in some way. Either they have received so much negative reinforcement about being sick in the form of attention – from doctors, family, or other caregivers – that they are having psychological difficulties letting go of their identity as a “sick” person.

Another reason people do not heal is that they do not believe they are worthy of being well. If they have low self-esteem or were raised to believe that they do not deserve to be happy or have good things happen to them, it can be difficult to let go of negative mental conditioning that allows illness to manifest and take residence. These are not “bad” or “wrong” people. They have simply been conditioned to believe and integrate their experiences in these ways for a long time, and healing cannot begin until they recognize those patterns and process them differently.

Healing is a process that everyone can participate in, but some people are resistant to it. This block can be caused by a belief that healing is too difficult or impossible. However, this is merely a belief that must be altered. Anyone can access the healing they require by recognizing that healing is a process that is available to all and taking steps to remove any impediments. Healing can be an empowering and transformative experience when approached with the right attitude and tools.

Energy Bubbles

Energy Bubbles – Good or Bad?

As we began our spiritual journey and we’re feeling all those feelings and all those emotions; we ask our teachers what do we do with this because it’s so overwhelming. My teacher, and probably yours told you to put a bubble around you. By putting a bubble around you you’re creating a barrier and a protection, is what I was told. I trusted my teacher, she had wisdom and knowledge in the spiritual world and healing world. I was new to all of this and I needed guidance and I needed someone with integrity and someone that I could trust. That was not always the case. I agreed and even paid others

What I have discovered is that we’re all on the spiritual  journey together and we’re all learning together and at the same time. Also, what it may have been true then may not be true today.

Yes, I too put energy bubbles around me, but I’ve noticed several things in my journey. I noticed when I put a white bubble around me that people would tell me that I’m standoffish and I’m not as approachable. Is that because the white light is too bright? I have often wondered, and I continued researching colors and the vibrations and then I was told to use a pink light. The pink light is the vibration of compassion, and it would be softer. I know that when I did put this pink light around me, I was more approachable, and people felt I was more friendly. So, I began to use only the pink light and I would teach my clients and students the difference between the white light and a pink light and suggest using the pink light if they wanted to be more approachable in their relationships.

I’ve been doing this for many years.

My journey has led me to forgiveness and understanding forgiveness. It has been a long journey and mostly hard but now I’m at a place of peace and acceptance of those lessons and hardships that I have gained in this lifetime. I have discovered the more you step into forgiveness the less you need protection from the people around you. The more you understand and except forgiveness the less likely you will take on other people’s pains and emotions.

I have also discovered some new information around bubbles weather it is the wisdom of forgiveness or downloads from the creator I have a new and different perspective.

My new and different perspective is are our bubbles good for us? I was given a download, an image that was shown to me that when we create these bubbles, we’re holding our emotions, and our trauma within our bubble. What I witnessed in this image was as we do healing work on our self it kind of bounces around inside this energy bubble that we have created. This is a new and interesting perspective for me and maybe even for you but allow it to soak in for a moment before you dismiss it.

Now why don’t you try to imagine you’re inside this bubble that you created and you’re doing healing work and it has nowhere to go. It may get further away from you so it’s not as intense but there is still an emotional tug to it. Is this because it is still in our energy bubble?

Since I’ve been at a place of forgiveness, I received this download, this awareness that I can put down my bubble. I no longer feel like I need to be protected from the world. I now have the courage and the wisdom to be around people who love me, support me and even believe in me.  I am now selective, and I have discernment of who and what I want to be around and who brings me peace and who does not. I have learned to let go of people and outcomes.

I can see how forgiveness has changed a lot of things in my life and the way I look at life. It has even changed the way I eat and nourish myself. As I heal my emotional trauma, I find that I have freed myself from taking on other people’s burdens whether they are emotional or physical.  I’m learning that forgiveness is loving myself and that I no longer need a protective barrier around me.

So my question is are bubbles really good for us or do they keep all our trauma in our own energy with nowhere to go?

A Genetic Memory Can Spring Up Anywhere

A Genetic Memory can spring up anywhere and this is how I discovered a genetic memory while on vacation.

We went on a cruise for our anniversary and on one of our stops was a Caribbean Island. It was a Beautiful place but I hated it! I had no explanation for my anger but it was there. I had a terrible reaction and I wanted to understand why. So we decided to take a tour to learn the history of this beautiful island. On our tour we learned that this was the Queen’s favorite vacation spots and this was another one of her territories she would visit regularly.

I already knew I wasn’t a fan of British comedy or television but I never really explored it because it didn’t effect my daily life. Now unexpectedly I found myself with a deep anger towards a person I have never met? I have never experienced a trigger like this. I found it interesting and continue to explore these new feelings.

I was already on this spiritual path of learning the shamanic ways as a healer and offered past life healings and readings for many years. This was not new to me but it felt different, it was deeper but without a reason or a cause that I could understand or even describe. Past lives can and do run along genetics lines and we have a soul family that we continue to evolve and grow with on this timeline in the quantum field. I have worked in the Akashic Records for many years and have reviewed many of these timelines for healing, wisdom and clarity.

Science speaks. Fast forward several years when I had my DNA results done. I am 47% British, English, 44% Scottish, 8% Irish and 2% Europe, France and Germany.

History lesson: The Scott’s and Irish have fought each other but have been fighting the English forever. My ancestors who came to the America are the Quakers who where peaceful people but had to escape France and England to practice their religion or be persecuted, and back then they either burned you alive or cut your head off. It was not safe for many who wanted religious freedoms.

So, while I was on this beautiful island I did have genetic and past life memories triggered!

I am lucky that I have the tools that helps me shift negative feelings and emotions quickly and easily. Recently I found that I still had something there so I went deeper. What I have noticed since is that I have watched a couple a Netflix shows from or with British accents without being triggered and I am looking forward to being able to travel again to visit a territory of the Queen of England.
