Chakra Meditation to Recharge the Soul

Chakra meditation improves your health, wisdom, and happiness by strengthening weak chakras. Chakra meditation is a fantastic approach to revive you from the inside out if you need to replenish your body, mind, and spirit. 

How to do a chakra meditation: The first few times you do a chakra meditation, make sure you have an expert guiding you, either in person or via an internet video. You must ensure that your chakras are in a better state of balance at the end of the meditation than when you began!

Start your meditation by sitting down, cross legged in a quiet, dimly lit room. 

Make sure that your spine is straight but not stiff. Close your eyes and begin to relax by taking a deep breath. Now, go over each chakra one by one, beginning with the root chakra: 

-Imagine bringing energy up from the soil through the root chakra and building it up in the base of your spine. Then there’s the navel chakra: imagine a river of warm lava flowing out of this chakra center when you sense the concentration of energy building up around your navel. 

– Allow your stomach muscles to relax fully as you move on to the solar plexus chakra and feel the energy flow into your diaphragm.

-The heart chakra comes next. Consider how your heart grows stronger with each breath. This location emits a brilliant light that you can see and feel. 

-As you move on to the throat chakra, take a deep breath in. Then relax your tongue, shoulders, and neck gently.

Using Meditation to Clear Blockages

In human bodies, there are seven primary Chakras. Each one has a name, a role, an impact, and a color. They are the human body’s seven energy centers. 

The chakras represent the various stages that we must go through in order to reach nirvana. We begin at the bottom and work our way up. The crown center is the pinnacle, which is nearly impossible to achieve.     

We focus on the base center in meditation, bringing a bright light up through each chakra to the crown center and back, taking deep breaths with our nose and gently releasing through our mouth while only focusing on the light and chakras.

You’ll know whether there’s a blockage if you can feel it. This is why, before you begin, you must first learn about chakra meditation. It’s a fantastic technique to clear your body of toxins. If one of your chakras is blocked, you will experience weird sensations or feelings; simply relax and stop or continue focusing on that chakra to determine the source of the problem.

Any obstruction can be removed and mended. This is what causes people to feel unbalanced. Usually, one or more of their chakras are blocked. It is necessary to meditate in a tranquil and quiet environment. With your feet on the ground and your palms facing up, take a seat. Before you begin, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths to help you relax. Then begin your chakra meditation by visualizing a brilliant light.

Healing Covid in a Session

I had a client schedule a spiritual healing session as she comes to the end of covid. She called me to help her balance, reset, realign and reboot.

I usually see virus as anger, and it will run and hide but that wasn’t the case here.I had finished a 60-minute session with her before I went into that Medical Intuitive Guidance part of the session to begin to see and heal the virus. Most of the virus accepted the healing instantly and dissipated with ease but there was one on her heart muscle that would not let go. The virus had a strong hold on her heart. She confirmed that she now has heart palpitations due to the virus.I had to stay there as we worked to release the virus hold and attachment to her heart. When it was released, I went behind her heart and found more hiding, but they healed and released easily. I was then guided to go deep into her heart values where I found another one that was strong and attached, again we stayed to heal this virus. Once that was done, I was guided to continue my healing throughout the rest of her body.I saw the virus on her brain, and it had created brain fog for her. I saw the virus in her lungs, but most had already left and her lungs had begun to heal already. I saw some small covid virus on her liver, pancreas, esophagus and in her intestines and bowls.

Since she was on the healing end of the virus, most of it was easily and effortlessly being healed except for a couple of spots.When we had finished her session she felt better, felt energized and had gained clarity from her session today.
