Today as I woke

Today I woke up remembering how our souls knew each other. How when we first met, that we knew each other on a level like no other. We are so different, no one would have ever guessed we would be a match.

Today I woke remembering your soul. How could I ever forget such a soul but as soon as our eyes met, I remembered. It was like we knew each other all of our lives. Even in the beginning we could finish each others sentences, just like separated twins.

Today as I woke I remembered our souls journey throughout time. We traveled to the same places with the same people for years but our paths never crossed. Then that one Summer day when I looked up and saw you looking at me and when our eyes connected our souls connected.

Today I woke up remembering my soul.

The Violet Flame of St Germain.

One of the most powerful spiritual tools we have right now is called The Violet Flame of St. Germain. When using the Violet Flame along with energy work is a very powerful combination. The Violet Flame has been around for many years, and we use it to change all areas of our lives including areas of the mind, body and spirit.

The knowledge of the Violet Flame was brought forth to us by Ascended Master St. Germain. For decades Lightworkers around the world have been invoking the Violet Flame for various causes. The Violet Flame can transform all fear-based thoughts and emotions into love-based thoughts and emotions. It can transform anxiety into peace, hatred into love and fear into courage. The Violet Flame is a tool that can help release karma, raise your vibration and consciousness, accelerate spiritual growth and activate your DNA. The Violet Flame can help you with all emotional and mental problems. It can help to relieve stress, anger, sadness, depression etc. It is a gift that transmutes human mis-creations of our own thoughts and feelings.

By using the Violet Flame as a tool can allow us to quickly transmute the negativity from our lives!

We are aware of our creating powers, and yes each and everyone one of us is a powerful creator! We must work at controlling our thoughts and emotions and focus our attention on what it is that we want to create or manifest in our lives. We are magnetic energetic beings and our vibrational frequency is what pulls or attracts to us the same or very similar vibrational frequency that we are putting out. Put out any feelings of negativity – and negativity will come right back to you. Put out any feelings of lack, lack comes right back to you and on the other side of the coin is to change the frequency to a higher vibrational thought or emotion. If you put out the feeling of love, love will come right back to you. If you put out the feeling of abundance, abundance comes right back to you. Do you see how powerful we really are? We can invoke the Violet Flame to transmute our negative thoughts and feelings from the past, and we can empower our efforts with using affirmations to succeed in the life we desire to create. You are the only one that has power over your life.

You are the creator!

You create your tomorrow by your daily thoughts and emotions that you express today. The Violet Flame has qualities of mercy, forgiveness, freedom and transmutation. The Violet Flame has the power to erase, or transmute the cause, the effect, and even the memory of our past mistakes! This IS an incredible tool!

Emotions are energy!

At any point in our life we always have an abundance of emotions flowing through us. We are magnetic beings! That means that whatever energy/emotion we flow out from our being, we attract back to ourselves. So, let’s say one day you are angry, and you project that anger at your husband, child, co-worker etc. This anger that you have now projected out WILL come back to you; remember “What goes around comes around!” In order to stop the anger boomerang effect, implement this tool. As soon as the feeling of anger starts, immediately stop, take a breath and say to yourself, in your mind is fine, “I call upon the Violet Flame to transmute the cause, core, effect, record and memory of these anger feelings Now!” Take another breath and within a matter of seconds these feelings of anger will have been transmuted and feel much less powerful than they did only seconds before. Therefore, the venom/karma that you could have potentially directed towards another individual has been stopped dead in its track! Now, you can redirect your thoughts to something that makes you feel joy! Something that makes you smile. You want to implement the higher vibrational emotion, you do not want to stay stuck in that lower, denser vibratory frequency. It is important to raise your frequency if you desire to create a positive, joyful existence.

Positive thoughts and emotions attract positive experiences!

You can use this technique for every negative emotion that comes into your life. If you are not expressing love, than you are expressing fear. Love based emotions are feelings of joy, happiness, bliss, peace, calm etc. Fear based emotions are the opposite of love which are hate, anger, sadness, confusion, depressed, etc. Whenever a fear-based emotion creeps up on you, immediately use the Violet Flame to transmute the energy. Eventually, with work these feelings of fear will come up less and less in your life because you have found a tool to release them positively instead of having to recycle them and learn again by the boomerang, karma! You will also notice after repeated use your life changing for the positive because you are raising your own vibrational energetic frequency! Always remember the law of attraction. What you put out you will attract back.

I invite you to start using The Violet Flame of St. Germain to start creating the life you desire today!

I am conscious living in an unconscious world!

12208366_437512969788056_5565428754978003801_nIt all started in 2010 and since that time I have done massive amounts of clearing work on myself and my soul.

I have released layers and layers of karmic healing from this life time and many others.

I healed my soul on levels many will never understand or obtain.

I have forgiven myself and others on levels I was not even aware of that needed to be forgiven.

I have searched within and found hidden emotions so deep that they too were healed and released.

I continue to go deeper within.

There are times I had to shut down to integrate all the layers of healing and upgrades that I have received.

The emotional healing that I have done was not for me alone as in the Law of One we are all connected.

This has been my souls purpose which I have honored and welcomed.

The level of energy emotional and spiritual healing that I have done goes beyond words or any written books available.

It has been a daily cleansing and clearing that I do as I continue to look into the darkness and bring it into the light.

I am conscious living in an unconscious world!

I am timeless as we were created in the beginning to be and we will continue to grow and expand throughout time.

I have learned to see and believe, to trust and to honor all aspects of myself.

I will continue!

Discovering our virtues through the patterns in our lives.

To change a pattern is to discover the virtues you are gaining and learning from these experiences.

It is very clear to me I have been gaining the virtues of “Altruism” and “Benevolence” and even more so since the very beginning of 2017; now that I understand that and I am clear on this pattern I can use the Thetahealing® technique to heal and resolve this for me through the creator of all that is and to be a witness as it is done so.

The opposite of altruism is meanness and the opposite of benevolence is meanness, harshness and cruelty. I have dealt with this in all aspects of all my relationships this year and most of my life.

Altruism is the concern for other people. It is a traditional virtue and a core aspect of many religions. It is also defined as someone preforming an action at a cost to themselves and that the benefits are for a third-party individual without compensation or expectation of reciprocity for their action.

As I review the above definition I can see how this is my virtue and has been one of my stories in this lifetime. Things and choices where made when I was 16-18 years old that I never could change and even back then I saw this as a form of altruism but didn’t understand how to resolve it in my life journey. I knew my choices was for the betterment of another even though I suffered and then I stepped into self-punishment soon after for the next 10 years because of that choice and no reward for my actions and choices to put another’s life before mine.

How do I know it is a virtue of altruism? Then and now I choose to stand back for their best, for their welfare and peace but not mine. I am willing to be in emotional and even physical pain of and to suffer for them so that they can have enhancement their life.

Benevolence is an act of kindness, a generous gift. I have seen both, been exposed to both sides of the coin of this virtue. I have had so much meanness, cruelty and harness sent my way the first half of this year. The more I began to set up boundaries the more of this came at me until I became angry at the treatment I was receiving and I stopped it and walked away. Then more of it came at me and I listened to this with benevolence and it touched me and my heart.

Yes, it hurt, it hurt very badly but I took the road of altruism because that seems to be the virtue I am and having been working on gaining. Honestly, I feel I have mastered this virtue and have gain a new energetic perspective on my suffering,

I no longer want to have these negative experiences of the opposites of these two virtues, I am willing to heal and resolve these lessons, so that the lessons can evolve and integrate these virtues into my being into my soul. It was only a couple of weeks ago I ask the creator to download me with the virtue of kindness and wonder and I heard I needed both so it was given to me and a lot of it is what I was told.

I am lucky to have had someone who has shown me and offered me kindness throughout the past 30 years even though at times I didn’t feel as if I deserved it or even wanted it but it was always there for me to have, to feel and to experience. Now that I asked for the virtue of kindness and it was given to me I can now see these two virtues that was not in my awareness until now.

This is what it means to go into the layers of our healing and why we have layers to heal. The wounds are deep and from a very long ago and we have since brought in many people and circumstances to reconfirm and reinforce these layers that we are here to heal which allows us to grow spirituality.

Now that I am aware of the lessons, these virtues my soul has been working so hard for me to obtain I can heal, resolve and integrate on all levels throughout all time and space. Within in days I will begin to see a shift of attitudes in others and myself, I will notice people shifting in and out of my life as things begin to rearrange in my life. I will watch and witness this in awe and wonder as my life because more of what I want and less of what I do not want.

Barriers to Healing

5003021Healing is more than just about maintaining a positive state of physical wellness. Healing encompasses the four major forces that comprise our existence: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. If one or more of these areas is not functioning optimally, then we are in need of healing to bring those forces back into balance. We can be physically healthy but if our relationships with others are rife with conflict, we are in need of healing. Conversely, we can be physically compromised in some way, but if we have accepted that state and embraced a new way of living, we can consider ourselves to be healing because we are not rejecting what is physically not “working” but rather, seeing it as an integral aspect of what makes us who we are.

Still here, still healing

Ram Dass, in his book, Still Here, speaks with honesty and grace about experiencing, rejecting and then eventually coming to terms with his physical limitations following a stroke. A well-respected spiritual teacher, he traveled the world giving talks and doing workshops, and was an avid golf player. He talks about the effect that the stroke had on him and how he eventually made the shift towards a state of healing by accepting that his life had fundamentally changed and resisting the temptation to manifest his symptoms within his identity:

“After any major physical “insult,” as they call it, it’s all too easy to see yourself as a collection of symptoms rather than as a total human being, including your spirit – and thus to become your illness…Healing is not the same as curing, after all; healing does not mean going back to the way things were before, but rather allowing what is now to move us closer to God.”

Barriers to healing

Why is it that we sometimes don’t heal as we should? How does a simple injury or illness suddenly rage out of control, spinning off new chronic conditions and wearing down the body? Why do some people, after going through a difficult phase in their life, have trouble moving forward?

Sometimes we don’t heal because medicine or counseling can only treat one aspect of the problem we’re experiencing. People who are chronically sick may need to make lifestyle changes – dietary modifications, some form of exercise, stress reduction techniques or set healthy boundaries in their relationships with others – in order to see a major shift in their overall quality of their health.

People who have experienced trauma often continue to manifest symptoms in their bodies long after the event occurred because on an emotional or spiritual level, the wound is still raw. A study published in the January 2009 issue of Archives of General Psychiatry has shown that children who were traumatized by some form of physical or emotional abuse are more likely to develop chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) as adults. There may be other reasons adults develop CFS, including environmental triggers or an inflammatory response that went haywire (again, also traumas of their own) but it’s important to note that unresolved deep traumas do continue to play out in our lives long after the event has passed. Even if we do acknowledge those traumas, we may not have fully integrated the experience so that deep healing can occur. Depending on the nature of the trauma, it can take time, commitment and one or more approaches to facilitate the healing process.

Sometimes people do not heal because they are resistant in some way. Either they have received so much negative reinforcement about being sick in the form of attention – from doctors, family or other caregivers – that they have trouble letting go psychologically of their identity as a “sick” person. Other reasons people do not heal is because on some level, they don’t believe they are worthy of being well. If they suffer from low self-esteem or were made to feel at some point in their life that they do not deserve to be happy or have good things happen to them, it can be difficult to let go of negative mental conditioning that allows illness to manifest and take residence. These are not “bad” or “messed-up” people. They have just been conditioned for a long time to believe and integrate their experiences in these ways, and healing cannot begin to occur until they recognize those patterns and process them differently.

The Power of Forgiveness

forgivenessThat lack of forgiveness has a large impact on a person’s ability to manifest their desires.

When a person can’t forgive they are actually hanging onto a lot of baggage, clutter and he/she has to remember why he can’t not forgive this person for whatever reason. Not forgiving and not letting go takes a lot of energy and resentment and it is negative and counter productive.

You cannot gain anything by not forgiving. As you continue to hold onto grudges it actually weakens you. When you have a long-standing grudge your mind begins to dwell on that anger and resentment and you feel like the world is injustice. You feel the world is out to get you and nothing is fair and the world is just evil place. You begin to feel and believe you are a victim and no justice will ever take place.

Forgiving those nativities and complications, will free you from bondage and resentment and allows you to heal. We do not realize that forgiveness is easy to do and in fact it is as easy as breathing.

Most people associate forgiveness as weakness & uncertainty, and even gives that other person permission to dump on them even more. But who is really is being harmed on a daily basis when you hold onto forgiveness?

You also have to forgive yourself. If you have feelings of guilt, anger or even sadness it is a sign that you have unresolved issues for yourself. It is a roadblock that only you can tear down and remove. If you don’t forgive yourself for past mistakes or misdeeds you will never feel you deserve more than what you have.

It is judgment of other people and their action that ignites anger and indignation. If you want to forgive someone, you will have to release your judgment. Forgiveness will become easier once you release and you let go of your personal judgment. Once you let go of your personal judgment you will find that forgiveness will be much easier to obtain.

With the Law of Attraction the Universe obeys to what is happening now and what you are planning for in the future. So holding on to the past is not necessary to create your future and by holding onto the past you are just wasting a lot of energy about something you can not change in the now or in the future.

So you have to forgive yourself and anything else you are holding onto and let go of all judgments. By letting go of anger and resentment you can begin to have happier and more positive thoughts and emotions.
